Returns & Exchange Policy

DUE TO COVID -19 FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR STAFF & CUSTOMERS WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Please email us with your request and we will get back to you once we are able to accept returns & Exchanges again
At Arabian Essence we stand behind the quality of every product we create. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Arabian Essence, you can return it for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. 

 

Return Conditions

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

You must return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.

No returns or exchanges on leggings, underwear, scarves, shorts with liners, face masks, or socks.

All items with a ‘Final Sale’ notification are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on Final Sale items.

U.S. Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds. We can offer store-credit so you can instantly re-order a replacement.

Once your request is approved a Return Label will be e-mailed to you. 

If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping or duty fees within 7-10 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. 

 International Returns and Exchanges

If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping once we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse we will issue you store credit that is redeemable immediately once the product arrives at our warehouse in returnable condition. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on international shipping or customs and duties charges.
